Another cross-country season will soon be upon us, and we are hoping that you will make our meet a part of your 2008 schedule.
As you may already know, our meet has turned into a very successful and well organized morning of racing. If you are unfamiliar
with our event, know that we usually feature a mix of high caliber athletes, great DJ music, lots of awards, and probably the

RESERVATION: Please reserve a spot for your team as soon as possible. Do so by emailing:
firstname.lastname@example.org. Just let us know if you will be bringing boys/girls or both. We will email
you back a confirmation along with your team’s identification and password. In late September,
you will then be asked to register via internet (See Below).
REGISTRATION: After you have reserved a spot in our meet, simply email your team roster
to nadluvsart@aol. Use an Excel spreadsheet for your roster. Put the following information
into separate cells in this order: School Name, Athlete Last Name, First Name, Grade,
registration requirement is the same used for

ENTRY FEE: $6 individual per division or $35 per team, per division — $230 maximum/$100
minimum. Checks can be

AWARDS: We will recognize the top 50 finishers per race; trophies to the top 30 individuals
and medals to the next 20. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place grade level teams will receive trophies.
In addition, 1st, 2nd & 3rd place team trophies will go to the overall combined best team
times on the day. Our goal is to medal as many athletes as possible.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION: Tee-shirts, food and refreshments will be available.
1st and 2nd mile splits will be called. Digital clock finish. Restrooms are easily accessible
the entire race can be easily viewed by spectators from one location.
